Training appropriate for each industry
Each program ensures that users have the proper knowledge to utilize AI to improve their workflow regardless of industry.
Bridge the AI skills gap with our flexible training programs.
Choose the 3-Month FastTrack for rapid implementation, or
the 6-Month AI Readiness program for a deeper, paced
adoption journey.
Modern employees have limited time for training—roughly 1% of the work week on average. Traditional full-day workshops are impractical with low retention and poor
attendance. Our bite-sized session approach fits busy schedules while steadily building knowledge over time.
By starting with core safety concepts and gradually advancing to strategy, our programs take participants from "What is AI?" to confidently deploying AI organization-wide. Both tracks establish a common AI vocabulary and safe usage culture across your entire team.
Each program ensures that users have the proper knowledge to utilize AI to improve their workflow regardless of industry.
New Wave ensures best practices for responsible AI usage. Adhering to compliance requirements, as well as secure data protection and retention.
We teach effective usage for usage within the industry. Making workflows more effective and saving time.
The same 12 sessions — delivered at the pace that fits your organization best.
Weekly 45-minute sessions — go from awareness to implementation in 12 weeks.
Best for organizations ready to move quickly. All 12 sessions deliver hands-on AI skills across writing, meetings, security, automation, and strategy — completed in a single quarter.
Bi-monthly 30-minute sessions — progressive AI adoption at a sustainable pace.
Ideal for teams that prefer a gradual, lower-friction adoption pace. Shorter sessions held twice per month over 6 months allow knowledge to be applied and reinforced before each new session builds on it.
To maximize impact, the training series follows best practices in corporate learning and draws on internal experience with AI adoption.
Each month's topic lays the groundwork for the next. Early sessions cover foundational concepts; later sessions delve into advanced tools like generative AI and Copilot.
Research shows people learn better with "little-and-often" training rather than rare day-long classes. The bite-sized sessions maintain focus and fit into the flow of work.
Every session is highly interactive—not a passive lecture. Participants answer quizzes, vote in polls, brainstorm in chat, or join brief breakout discussions.
Content emphasizes practical use cases and daily workflows. We focus on AI tools most pertinent to your work: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams AI features, ChatGPT.
Each module includes a mini-exercise or live demo tailored to that month's topic— from quizzes on terminology to live demos of ChatGPT's capabilities to scenario- based role plays.
While all sessions are for a mixed audience, certain topics double-click on what leadership needs to know: policy, oversight, and AI roadmap development.
A comprehensive progression from AI foundations to strategic implementation —
available in our 3-Month FastTrack (weekly, 45-min sessions) or 6-Month AI Readiness (bi-monthly, 30-min sessions) format.
Establishing Safe AI from Day One. This kickoff
session explains what AI is, how businesses use it today, and differentiates Generative AI from automation. We immediately establish the 3 Golden Rules of AI Use: never paste confidential data into public AI tools, always review AI output, and use AI to assist thinking—not replace it.
AI Safety Scenario – Participants categorize real workplace scenarios (e.g., pasting a customer list vs. drafting a marketing email) as “Safe” or “Unsafe,” reinforcing responsible habits from the very first session.
Getting High-Quality Results from AI. Quality AI
output depends entirely on the quality of your
instructions. We introduce the Role + Task + Context + Format prompting framework and teach participants how to write clear, effective prompts that consistently deliver accurate, useful results.
Prompt Rewrite Challenge – Participants rewrite weak prompts (e.g., “Write a sales email”) into strong, detailed prompts using the Role+Task+Context+Format framework, then compare results side by side.
AI as Your First-Draft Generator. AI dramatically
reduces time spent on writing tasks. This session covers using AI for professional emails, reports, SOPs, policies, and document outlines. The key principle: AI creates the first draft—you review, refine, and finalize. Common tools include ChatGPT, Copilot in Word, and Claude.
Live Document Sprint – Participants generate an email, a report summary, and a policy outline using AI, then practice improving the output through follow-up prompting.
Meeting Transcript Challenge –Participants take a sample meeting transcript and use AI to generate a summary, extract action items, and assign ownership—completing in minutes what used to take an hour.
Protecting Your Organization from AI Risk. AI risk comes from how it is used, not the technology itself. This session covers data leakage risks, the danger of unauthorized “shadow AI” tools, prompt safety, and why a formal AI usage policy is essential. We define the AI Red Line Rule: never enter customer data, financials, contracts, internal strategy, or employee info into public AI.
Data Risk Mapping – Teams identify specific areas in their workflow where employees might accidentally expose sensitive data, then draft three types of information that must never be entered into AI tools.
Hallucination Hunt – Participants review an AI- generated answer to a field-specific question, identify what is accurate vs. what requires verification, and document one responsible use rule for their organization.
Designing great content is half the battle—delivering it effectively makes the training truly impactful.
Kick off with polls or icebreakers. No passive listening—participants interact every few minutes through chat, breakouts, or quizzes. Let the audience suggest what the AI should do next.
Frame discussions around actual daily challenges. Use internal examples and data to make content immediately applicable. Solve real problems in examples so participants see “what's in it for me.”
Mix slides, live demos, video clips, polls, and storytelling. Switch speakers or include guest cameos. Create a dynamic, TV- show-like experience where something new happens every few minutes.
Weekly "AI Tip" emails or Teams posts keep momentum alive. Short explainers, fun facts, or quick tool tips between sessions. These touchpoints keep AI in the conversation and cement knowledge.
Post-session surveys ask what was most valuable and what could be better. Refining content based on feedback led to a 41% increase in enrollment year-over-year in similar programs.
Every session emphasizes responsible AI use, data protection, and compliance. We teach what works in production environments safely, not speculative use cases or risky experimentation.
By the time your team completes either program, your organization will have a workforce that is AI-aware, AI- capable, and AI-confident. Everyone will have baseline literacy in artificial intelligence, many will have hands-on experience with tools that make their jobs easier, and leadership will be better positioned to drive AI projects
that propel your business forward.
Both the 3-Month FastTrack and 6-Month AI Readiness programs send a clear message: your company values continuous learning and innovation. In the fast-evolving AI landscape, organizations that learn and adapt will thrive.
Our training programs are designed for businesses aiming to improve efficiency in AI and in return streamlining everyday workflow to save time and money. We work with organizations across all industries who want to build AI literacy and capability within their teams.
We offer flexible delivery formats including in-person workshops, live virtual sessions, self-paced online modules, and blended learning approaches.
Program lengths vary based on your needs. We offer everything from half-day workshops to comprehensive 12-month certification programs.
